Storage and requests

Removing a selected photo clears that browser draft; it does not delete a photo already submitted with a video request. Uploaded photos, generated videos and account records remain stored until removed through an account or support request, operational handling, or applicable legal requirements. We do not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days.

Contact and your choices

Contact support@checkonechecktwoai.net to request access, correction, export or deletion. We may need to verify account ownership. Payment and security records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. Browser site-data controls can remove locally saved drafts.

Safety

Automated checks screen a limited set of image categories. They do not verify a person’s age, identity or permission. Reports may be reviewed to address misuse and protect the service.
