Terms of Service

Using the service

Check One Check Two AI provides personalized AI video generation. You must be at least 18 and have the rights and permission needed to use any photo you upload. Do not upload photos of minors or use another person’s likeness without permission.

Your video

The effect creates an approximately ten-second square entertainment video with a preset scene and soundtrack. AI appearance and motion can vary. A perfect identity match, flawless lip-sync or different supporting crowd is not guaranteed. Processing time varies.

Purchases and video uses

Prices are in USD. PayPal processes one-time payments; there is no subscription. Packs apply to Check One Check Two and the selected quality. One use creates one video with one or two performers; remaining uses can switch modes at that quality. Unused video uses do not expire. Payment must be confirmed by our server before a use is granted. A confirmed technical failure restores one use once.

Rights and acceptable use

You retain your rights in your uploaded photo and permit us and our service providers to process it to fulfill your request. AI generation does not grant an artist’s endorsement or override third-party music, likeness or distribution rights. Follow our Acceptable Use Policy and your publishing platform’s rules.

Questions and refunds

Read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Contact support@checkonechecktwoai.net with your order reference for account, payment or video issues. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
