Technical failures

A confirmed technical generation or delivery failure restores one video use for the same effect and quality, once. If a request is still being checked, do not submit it again or buy the same request twice. Contact support if its status does not resolve.

AI appearance

AI results vary. Appearance differences, imperfect lip-sync or an unchanged supporting crowd are not automatically technical failures. Watch the example and review the photo requirements before purchasing. Three-video packs keep remaining uses at the selected quality.

Cash refunds

For an unused pack, duplicate charge, non-delivery or other payment concern, email support@checkonechecktwoai.net with the order reference and a description. Requests are reviewed individually; a restored video use and a cash refund are separate remedies. Approved payment refunds are handled through the original payment method. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
